Had paint speckles on my back window. Bright green. But was able to get off with alcohol and my nail. Also had concern of markings on back bumper. Was in agreance they were not there before I was promised the rental would be taken care of. Received a call the next day the marks were there And rental was on me. Very unhappy about that. Was not shown photos to prove they were there . My pictures do not show it

I really trust the team at Caliber. Most of my contact has been with Devin who always does a great job communicating. The repairs to my vehicle were perfect. They took great care with cleaning the interior afterwards… my car looked like it had been detailed. When I mentioned the ability to get touch up paint for some scratches, unrelated to the repair, they took the time to touch up those spots for me right there on the spot. This was surely a job well done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I absolutely had to.
