Accessory wiring that I had installed was apparently disconnected during this repair and damaged in the process. Instead of the shop addressing this, or even letting me know that it had occurred, nothing was said and I picked my truck up, not realizing until later that day when I needed to use one of the accessories and had to repair the damage myself. This was after a previous visit where the shop told me they could not reinstall my aftermarket headlight bulbs allegedly due to a missing grommet(which they could have easily sourced if they had asked). What the shop neglected to say was that they had damaged one of the bulbs and that was the real reason they could not reinstall them. My fog lights also no longer work since the repair and I cannot figure out why.

See previous remarks about shop damaging wiring/components and not only failing to disclose it but also coming with lies to coverup for it. This is in addition to the excessive time I had to wait before they could even get me in for an estimate.
