Caliber took over Gordon’s in the middle of my repair. I was not notified of that. There was no communication on anything. I am now taking my vehicle back for a 3rd time because they did not complete the work properly.

When you tried to call, the phone was off the hook. You would have to leave messages to get a call back but no one would call back. I had to go to the shop in person to get any kind of updates on my vehicle. Very inconvenient.
