I had a great experience with this auto shop. Liz was absolutely wonderful, very attentive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. She always responded promptly to messages and returned calls, which made everything so much less stressful. She kept me well-informed and provided consistent updates on the status of my vehicle, so I never felt out of the loop. It’s clear she truly cares about customer service. My experience at Calliber Collision was great! They made everything really easy and fast, which is something I value as a customer. However, they were not only efficient- they were very professional and nice. After my first car accident, it's hard to navigate with little knowledge and they were patient with me whenever I called for questions and made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. I also really appreciated that they left my car cleaner than how I left it, it was a very nice surprise (other than fixing the damages from my accident). Thank you! I will recommend this place and come back if need be.
