From the first time I called, Chantelle provided great customer service on the phone, and then Ezequiel was very friendly and professional. When I was to pick up the car, he noticed a spot that needed to be buffed that delayed my pick up by one day, which was fine. I wanted it to be perfect. When I arrived to pick it up the next day, there was another slight imperfection in the paint and again it was buffed perfectly and looks beautiful. I appreciate the technicians who made my car look so beautiful again, and I appreciate Ezequiel’s attention to detail and over and above friendly and professional customer service.

I already submitted the survey, but happy to do it again because Chantelle at the front desk was always friendly and professional when I called, and Ezequiel was also incredibly professional and friendly throughout the process, once to delay my pick up because he noticed something that needed to be buffed, and then when I arrived and saw one more location that needed to be buffed (because sometimes sunlight hits things differently), he quickly got it buffed again. Special thanks to the technicians who handled the repairs and paint job as well. It looks fantastic!
