Great turn around time. Customer service great. Ezekiel called to let me know where they were in the process due to part deliveries and other observed. Very personable young man with thorough explanations. My husband had an accident while my vehicle was in the shop and needed his vehicle fixed and chose Caliber over Ford due to the updates and timeliness of taking care of all problems. Shows we will definitely use them if needed in the future.

It far to long. I brought my car in October 15th. I got it back December 5th. I ended up with a rental car bill of over $1,400. I kept getting return dates twice a week for seven weeks.
