I was blown away at the attention we recurved from the entire Caliber Team. Andy was super helpful and kept us up to date on the process and was able to answer all our needs. Headlights were not adjusted for driving. When I had another mechanic try to adjust them for me, the lights were incapable of being adjusted so they stopped, not knowing what had been done to cause this. Pain is bumpy in several areas. I had the vehicle looked at by another collision center and was told the same paint color as the car was not used for the repair.

Several promises that the vehicle would be ready on a certain date and then delayed. Also, I had left a message that my car not be taken apart if you were going to have to wait on parts. This message was never received by my caliber representative.
