I have been to Caliber a few times before, but this time it took almost a month to repair my car. I was promised the work would be completed within 10 working days, but the process was significantly delayed. This caused a great deal of inconvenience for me, and overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I am disappointed with Caliber as they did not deliver the vehicle within the timeframe they originally promised. In addition, the quality of the parts and workmanship upon initial completion was completely unacceptable. It took nearly a month for them to address and to fix it in acceptable manner.

Maurice is excellent at his job. His personality and ability to work with me was phenomenal. The front desk person also made me feel welcomed. My problem lies in the fact that my car was returned with damage that it did not have when I brought it into your shop. After returning home from your shop, I noticed damage on the hood of my car. The damage was on the same side of my car that repairs had been made. It is circular in shape and missing paint. BTW, thus far the repairs made look great.

Caliber was the best! I was a bit hesitant to go to a collision center that was not affiliated with my car manufacturer but I took a chance because there was no wait time in starting the work on my car. Best decision ever! Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the entire repair. Caliber made sure that all repairs were made accurately to ensure my satisfaction which I really appreciated. I was updated timely throughout the repair process which was also very much appreciated. Everyone there was so helpful and attentive and most importantly my car was done on time. Should I need further service done on any car in the future, Caliber will be my go to! They know their business and treats their customers like royalty! Thank you Caliber, you are the BEST!
