Anthony seems nice but he needs to work on his approach ,when talking to car owners.His first comments after looking at my 2007 Toyota was,I can't help you.The paint on your door doesn't match with rest of the car.How does that initiate, someone feeling comfortable with your business?He needs to work on his approach with customers.
