Waited for over an 1.5hr for the receptionist to get me a shuttle. I wasn’t notified till a half hour before the shop closed, even though they said earlier in the day that my car wouldn’t be ready till the following week. My key chain was missing from my car upon receiving it. Also my black grill had white stains from the repair in which they said it would come right off, in other words clean it yourself.

The work was not flawless but I'd give it a 9. I didn't make them re do, re paint or have to take the car back. it was good enough to receive the car.

Roland, my auto service technician was great to work with and very accommodating. I have nothing to bad say about his service and willingness to help. The work itself, I'd give a 8-9. Everything looks in order, a couple minor details I would have like to see more attention given to but outside of that, great work.
