Caliber did a great job repairing my vehicle. They were professional, courteous and kept me up-to-date on repair progress. Melissa was especially nice during the repair process and made sure that I was satisfied with everything along the way. My car looks great and is driving good. I told the agent that I was going to pay out of pocket. When the extra damage was found I had to file an insurance claim. The agent told the Geico agent that "we try to work with someone who is paying out of pocket by finding less expensive parts than OEM parts, but he replaced all OEM parts. I could have saved about $500 if he was looking out for my cost.
