When I first arrived at Caliber Collision I was greeted by Roland Atkins who made offered me excellent service while my car was being repaired. Mr.Atkins not only made me feel confident while using Caliber Collision but he also had me in and out with a weeks time frame, amazing ! Mr.Atkins made me feel at home when he told me that he had a family with a military background which was nice to know since I myself am an Army Vet and appreciate his curtesy towards Veterans and our sacrifice. I give Mr.Roland Atkins a 10 out of 10 for his effort in my car repair or as we would say in the Army “Promote Ahead Of Peers!”

This is the third time one of our vehicles had to be repaired at this company/ location. Each time I worked with Melissa Patai and she’s very professional and a pleasure to work with. She maintained communication with me throughout the repairs and did all the communications with the other parties insurance company for me. Melissa made the process easy and stress free. This is the the third time that I have used this collision center. Used them twice before when they were called Ultimate Collision. Always worked with there Rep Melissa Patai. She is excellent top notch, very professional, excellent at communicating. She also handles all the liaison things with the other parties insurance. Roland kept us informed throughout the entire process. When we picked up the vehicle, he stayed with us after he handed over the keys to make sure we were satisfied, but also to answer any questions we had.
