We were very impressed with the fabulous repair job on my Lexus RX 350! Perfection! We also felt we were in good hands with Carlos. I would not go to any other car repair shop. I trust caliber collision and unfortunately, I have to use them too much! I go to the one on Rochelle Avenue. Chris is my agent and does an amazing job as does Juanita.

First thing people at Caliber are the most curious, nicest and friendliness. And I haven't got the work they did on my Genesis. It looked show room ready. I would advise everyone to go to Caliber Great place.

I had the best service provided by this company from dropping my car and getting it after job completion. They always on top of things and kept me aware all the time. Most of all they did a superb job in my car repairs which I totally forgot where the damage part of it. 5 star all the way sevice!

The work was that bad. Lack of communication after has been non existent.

Repairs were absolutely horrible. Bubbles in the vinyl. Runs in the paint. Orange peel everywhere. Rocker panel doesn't align with door or fender. At least the door isn't dented anymore. Other than that, repairs were awful.

Service writer, Carlos, was great. Counter girl was just polite enough, but not helpful or welcoming to speak with. Carlos was good until repairs were "done" then I've had nothing even though the company is aware I'm unhappy with the work.
