My car still needs work on the front bumper and door handle. Lori told me there would be no charge for this. I will have to look at my calender to decide when I can bring my car back

when I brought my vehicle in to Caliber it was not a good luck due to the damages. I picked it up today and I was like WOW it look like a new vehicle. The repair was done very well. The repair was done poorly and it was presented to me as finished twice today, even though the bumper was clearly not aligned with the other panels both times. Paint was chipped as well. I missed work for nothing and had to argue with the guy to get him to admit that the repair was not done right. Now we have to wait for likely another week or two. I can’t help but wonder if the other unseen repairs were done poorly as well. I don’t understand why a customer would be treated this way

My service tech John was amazing! Not only did Caliber do a great job with my repair but they returned my Santa Fe in a very clean state! He knew how important cleanliness was to me and they went above and beyond to return it like new! I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone! Thank you for finishing the work quickly as well!
