There are several parts not installed/lined up properly (including hood and fenders). Mitch was not available yesterday when I picked up the car and I beleive his GM was the one helping me with pickup and I gave him feedback. Today I also saw that the hood is not lining up properly and I left. Voicemail for Mitch to call me back. I expected quality of work than this . Thanks Nick

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Roswell after my Genesis was rear-ended by another vehicle. Travis was fantastic to work with—he kept me informed every step of the repair process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The communication was excellent, and they even finished my vehicle ahead of schedule. The repair quality was outstanding, and my Genesis looks like new again. I hope I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Caliber Collision in Roswell. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality repairs and great customer service.

The gas door wouldn't open so I wasn't able to get gas I had to get somebody to break the door so I can get some gas and I wasn't happy.
