While having a claim is not a pleasant experience, the Caliber Collision staff made it as pleasant as possible.

Our advisor Chris was kind, professional, and courteous and updated us about the process. When we picked up our car he even removed our dealer tag and replaced it with our permanent one for us while we waited.

They did an awesome job very happy with the work. It took a little while longer than I thought, but that wasn’t their fault. It was because the wheel they got sent to them was wrong clearly not their fault and I don’t blame them for it. I’m glad to have my car back and it’s the only place I would ever go to have another one if I have another situation God forbid I don’t.
