I am totally satisfied with the start to end how the claim was handled. The body of the car looks great. Though I am noticing vehicle doesn’t drive the same. I need to check with the shop to see if that can be addressed

On Tuesday evening I was told the repair was complete. I went to pickup the truck on Wednesday, and the repairs did not look good, so I left the vehicle with them. Thursday evening they call today the truck was ready. I go there Friday morning and one of the items still had not been tended to. They completed the final fix while I waited at the shop. The repaired body work looks great; you would never know anything was done and it matches the rest of the body. The repaired/resurfaced/repainted wheel looks great, but now that one wheel looks far better than the other 3 wheels making it obvious that a repair was done, which should not be the case. Both the delays and the obvious repairs are frustrating.

I think they were personable and nice, but they didn’t verify the fixes before telling me 2 different times that the truck was ready to be picked up.
