Its difficult to repair cars to their orginal state before they r in an accident that i understand. That said my car was returned to me with a small door ding on the passenger front door that wasn't their on the day i dropped it off. That was disappointing. I was also a little concerned initially about my car being transported to Tampa but it seems to have worked out ok. Overall the Caliber team was very professional, patient and organized. I appreciate the effort...just a little disappointed.

This is a tough one...liked the staff, disappointed in the ding, but appreciated inside car cleaning.

As stated in another my survey my car was returned with a small door ding on the passenger front door. Dissapointed but not broken over the issue. Staff were all professional, courteous and responsive. I appreciate the interior clean up. I know it is difficult to repair a car to its original condition but was hoping that the bumper would align better than it did...more so on the driver side than passenger side. Painting seemed ok.
