I liked them and they were down to earth but professional. Good job all around; from the ladies at the counter to the others in the back coming out to assist. I would like to thank Alex, Miquel, John, Yvette and the ladies at the counter for their great effort and professionalism. Very confident and competent in their skill and profession working on my car. I apologize for not remembering the names of the others involved but hats off to them as well for making this stressful time much easier to deal with.

The repairs too a little longer than I anticipated but they were done and so far done right. Nice job. And they are very friendly.

Aside from being friendly, they were accomodating and it was nice to have my insurance company there for any issues. I gave them an eight because I am also linking Travelers with them on my accident issue. Sometimes the messages were confusing as to when the car was ready. It was delayed at least once. But in the long run, it is better to have it done RIGHT than done quickly.
