My situation was a little unusual. It started with my son’s car with collision damage (Accord Sport). Mike was excellent throughout the process. He also worked with me to repair additional damage, not related, since it would already be in the shop. Upon final inspection, we noticed something wasn’t quite right with the paint. He requested we return after 30 days (paint had to cure) so they could go back and fix the paint. I was very impressed with Mike’s commitment to excellence. About 2 weeks after picking up my son’s car, my CR-V was rear-ended. So…back to caliber I went. The CR-V damage was extensive and took a few weeks to repair. However, Mike did an excellent job keeping me updated as it moved through the stages. While my CR-V was in repair process, the 30 days passed for my son’s car. Mike readily scheduled a return visit that worked with my son’s school schedule. They spent the day correcting the paint and it looked absolutely beautiful when it was done. My son was SO impressed (and Happy!) with how great the repairs were. About a week later, my CR-V was finished and the work is impeccable! This is my third experience with Caliber on Anderson. We had a previous repair several years ago. I have always been impressed with how easy they are to work with and genuinely engage with their customers. Caliber will remain our go to for any repairs!

I picked up my car and almost got into an accident because my car was not safe to drive. Got stranded and I know quite a bit about vehicles so I knew something was wrong that they didn’t find and that problem was solved as soon as I begged my insurance company to let me take my car anywhere else. They do fine with bodywork but do not rust them for true mechanical problems or all they will say is “there’s nothing we can because it won’t be covered by insurance” which is purely just not true.
