From day 1 Arthur was one of the better customer experiences I’ve had in my 49 years. Comms were right on time. Availability when I had a question could not have been better. Knew his job very well and was personable. 11 out of 10! Get that man in corporate. Everyone else I briefly spoke with in the office was all smiles and super friendly as well. Something I truly noticed. Even the techs coming out from the back would make sure to greet customers with a smile. This is my 3rd experience at 3 different Caliber’s. All have been great, but this one stood out. Thanks all!

Wrote this in the other survey I received, but couldn't be happier with my experience. Arthur was fantastic on the Caliber side. Put that guy in corporate if he wants it! Marcela on the AAA side was amazing too. Very responsive, knows her job. Absolutely no complaints.
