The issue I had was the rental car. Your ins. Co. Did not have a car ready. Apparently they were not notified. Enterprise brought me a filthy car and no fuel. It was like they grabbed a car the was closest to get out of the lot. Enterprise was 2 blocks from where my explorer was being fixed. Very disappointed.
