Tami kept me apprised of the ongoing repairs and updated me in a timely manner of any delays they were experiencing. The repair took longer than estimated but I appreciate the fact that they were done correctly and not just quickly to get my truck out of the shop. There was a setback when I was scheduled to pick up my truck the first time but Tami and Jeff were very apologetic and were able to get that resolved in a timely manner. Tami also allowed me extra time of a couple days to get my truck so it fit into my work schedule. I did have a slight problem with how the rear seat compartments were not cleaned properly but once again Jeff resolved this himself. The entire staff at Caliber was very courteous and helpful and all in all the repair experience was better than expected considering the circumstances involved and your staff should be commended. There is one issue I hope can be resolved. I discovered a stain on one of the rear seats that wasn't there when I dropped off my truck. I will be in contact with Tami to see if I can get it cleaned.
