Once you took over, the communication was good. The repair took a lot longer that I expected. The one negative thing is the smell left in my car, it smells like sweat and like a storage room

All repairs have been great. Car looks wonderful. I understand the issues with the delays and understand these things sometimes happen. I do think the communication with us being better or actually taking some of our calls would have aloud us to push the insurance company more as it was over a month before we even knew there was an issue. But the care was definitely great and the now running things people seem to be very diligent and customer focused as to I dont think this would ever happen again.

I was completely satisfied with the whole process of getting my car repaired! The woman that did all my paperwork made everything simple and easy! The adjuster guy was nice and very knowledgeable. The guys did a great job on my repairs. Overall it's a great auto repair shop!! A++++
