My car has never needed this major of a repair before, let alone needing to put it in a shop. It was a little intimidating giving someone my car for two weeks to do a repair. However, they eased my concerns and did a fantastic job informing me and guiding me through the steps along the way. Although my retrieval date got pushed back, I'm thankful with the time and effort they put into the communication aspect of things along with the repair itself. Thank you Piqua Carstar for staying on top of everything and doing a nice job with the repair!

Flexible accommodation for dropping off/picking up the vehicle. They had to wait a while on a part that was ordered but I was able to pick up my car and come back a few days later to quickly finish up!
