I received an email that my car would be ready on Tuesday 7/28 for pickup, but somebody would call me. When I didn’t receive a call, I called and was told my RAV4 was ready. We drove 28 miles (one way) we were told there was a piece that they had to order and we would need to bring the car back! Over a 50 miles wasted trip! The lady a the front desk said the part was expected that day and would call when it arrived. Again after no call, I called and was told the part had come in! The repairs look good, but front desk was communication needs some help!!!

Check vechile when picked up and some of the work was poorly done.if they checked the job to insure it was done right they woul have caught bad paint job amd bubbles in the paint. More work was done than the estimate

Sidney CARSTAR did an amazing job from start to finish! Although I don’t know who directly worked on repairing it, I can tell they were concerned about the quality of their work. The one person I have to give a huge shout out to is Hailie. From our initial meeting and throughout the four weeks, she always kept me updated and answered all my questions no matter what they were. She never acted bothered and was always polite. When an issue did arise, she went out of her way to help make contact with our insurance company in order to get solved. She intervened when needed even with the rental car agency. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend Sidney CARSTAR to anyone needing bodywork on their car. Kudos to you all!
