Mike, my car is screwed up. There's a lug nut missing. There's some kind of black stuff all over the side of my car. The door is misaligned that you guys removed and taken off the door panel is all messed up. There's some kind of blood on the inside of my car for grease looks like somebody got their hands dirty and rubbed it on the interior of my car. All the trim panels are misaligned and people have treated me like crap.

The deer broke my windshield wipers. Objectively speaking it was fairly obvious that the wipers recived heavy damage, wipers weren't fixed when I got it back, had to drive like Ace Ventura this morning, (2:00am 09/13/26) through fog that made Silent Hill look clear. Other than that oversight, pleased with everything else.

The work was good. But I felt frustrated when they said it was done and I got there and there were still missing pieces and things not working. Everyone was kind and fixed it right away so I appreciate that so much.

Was nervous coming to a new bodyshop. My whole family has used a particular one in Greenville for all of our bodyshop needs. But they no longer dealt with my insurance and said I would be on my own to deal with insurance to get paid back for anything over the estimate I was given. Carstar was wonderful to deal with and dealt directly with my insurance for the adjustments on the estimate. The almost daily progress updates with pictures of the car were wonderful in keeping me in the loop of things. Car was done one day sooner then the expected completion date which was also nice. Won't hesitate one bit to be a return customer car came out great. Thank you
