Very impressed with everyone I dealt with! Niki who reviewed and accessed the damage was very straightforward and explained in detail what needed to be completed. I checked with other shops and did not receive the same detailed information. I feel like they did a good job. Christine in the office was very helpful.

I'm glad that I chose Caliber Troy to repair my Jeep. It was my first time to get car accident, and I was a bit overwhelmed because I had to do many steps to get my car to be fixed from the beginning of filing a claim. However, once I dropped my car at Caliber, it was very smooth! They're very nice and professional, so I knew my car was in good hands. They told me it could take 2-3weeks to get done, but it was actually only 4 business days!! Amazing people and place! Thank you so much!
