I am satisfied with the repair of my vehicle, but I felt that communication could have been better during the process. I called because my rental car was due back and I had no time frame set for when my car might be done and was given quite a hassle about talking to someone. It took getting GEICO to call on my behalf before I could get any answers. Eventually I was given a call back, but it was nearly 5pm when I finally heard from the manager despite communicating that I had to have the vehicle back before that.
