The repair to my car that Caliber did was great. There was a small issue with the glass but that was not something they installed and they made the company make the correction

I live in California. People aren’t people here—everything’s impersonal, automated. So, dealing with Caliber was so refreshing. The “restore your life” (or, something like that) branding is a bit hack; but, when you combine it with actual, GOOD people, who back it up, it’s GOLD! Christine is a jewel. She truly helped me through a difficult, distant process, and was a daily contact throughout my repair. The Troy manager, Chris, found something that wasn’t in the original order, some damage that might have been new (or just missed initially), and he got it fixed. You guys give new meaning to customer care, and I salute you!

Good customer service from the time I called to see about getting my car fixed with Lilly and delt my car was in good hands when reviewing things with Mike (i think thats what his name was). I like how i received updates every step of the way. I was not expecting my car to be cleaned on the inside. And my car was done a day sooner. My family has always gone to Kia in Huber (they didnt catch I needed a new exhaust- which Mike did), but I will definitely be going to Calliber for now on and have already told my family. Thanks!
