Thank you so much to the entire Caliner Collision team for the hard work in repairing our vehicle back to its original condition. Ashlei was very helpful in keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle along with the automated e-mails as well. Having a vehicle accident and having to get it repairs 2 hours away that also involves going through insurance -- could be a daunting task; but that was not the case working with Caliber/Ashlei. Repairs were timely. Communication was impeccable. And the icing on the cake was when Ashlei offered to have our repaired car delivered to us at no cost, to prevent a logistical nightmare for us; given we are located 2 hours north of Troy, OH. Again thank you so much for the awesome customer service and attention to detail in repairing our car. Keep up the good work!
