First of all, the guest (customer) service was top notch from the moment I walked through the doors! Brianna, the receptionist plus provided a warm welcome & began my experience with Caliber Collision with exceptional skill! She introduced me to Alex who guided me through the estimate, shared very clearly the remaining repair process. He was my then my contact from that estimate to the completed repair of my CRV. Although I did not meet any of the repair technicians, the quality of their work was evident on the finished product…excellent! If you are looking for exceptional auto repair, I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Tualatin!!!

I was 100% impressed from the time I dropped the car off to the time I picked it up today. The communication was superb and repairs or as well. Both J and Brianna were a pleasure to work with and plan on returning with any future auto body needs.. kudos to both Jay and Brianna as they did an excellent job!!! you guys are lucky to have such amazing people on your team!

The quality of the repair was excellent! Brianna and Jay were excellent! The whole repair process was smooth. I was being updated via text from the beginning to completion of repair! Dropped off my car on Monday and finished by Thursday. Thank you very much!
