Martin went above and beyond the call of duty. He explained the whole repair process in great detail, making sure I understood all the damage to my Tahoe and how it would be fixed. He displayed a genuine desire to save me money with my insurance company, while not at all skimping on quality parts or labor. The repair was completed much faster than anticipated and my truck literally looks better than before the accident. In fact, it looks so good, a gas station attendant recently asked me if it was a 2018 model, and was very surprised when I told him it was a 2007.
