Everyone was so helpful! My car was finished days earlier than expected, and the final price came in UNDER the estimate! The work was beautiful, and my car looks brand new. They also washed, vacuumed, and sanitized it completely. I also really appreciated the fact that Caliber is taking customer and staff safety so seriously. Everyone was in masks, there's a plexiglass shield at the counter, social distancing is enforced, and they let me do all of my paperwork online, so I was in and out quickly. Will definitely recommend them to friends, and will use them again if I ever need to!

Friendly and speedy service was much appreciated. The paint matches perfectly and the body panels lined up with some minor adjustments. The car came back much cleaner than when it went in the shop. The little is now ready for another 100000 miles. Well done!! Ps. Don’t forget to warn customer of the “no cash” policy.

The only suggestion I might have is triple checking the deductibles and charges for the customer. I received some push back initially, however the office double checked at my request and found that my assessment of the charges was correct. This was after initially being told to “work it out with the insurance company”. 😬 Not the right answer to a customer TBH.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond. I was taken care of and everything was done quickly and in the most professional manner. This is the best experience I have ever had dealing with an auto body repair shop. They kept me up to date and the job was done well and in the most efficient manner.
