From the onset until the delivery of my repaired truck Caliber communicated with me to ensure I was informed step by step to update me with every phase of the process. Luckily and efficiently they were able to deliver my truck a week earlier than expected to my surprise. This is my 2nd time to visit this shop the last 10 years and my experience was as exceptional and service was amazing and professional. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision especially this one in Tualatin, OR.

We’ve used this company before in Washington so we felt good at first. But after the run around we got this time we were not happy with the service.

Car is fixed but the process we had to go through was not good. I also didn’t know you took it to different locations for certain work to be done. Was very surprised Les Schwab was one of them!
