Really nice initial greeting and interactions with Alex. Toward the end it was a little unclear when the car would be ready. It was explained to me that they are short-staffed in the dept that does finishing touches and cleaning.

My experience with Tualatin Caliber Collision was easy and painless, and even enjoyable from start to finish. I was kept thoroughly informed with knowledgeable and affable employees. I was told two weeks was the typical. However, in my case which was more cosmetic...buff and paint, my car was ready in six days! Given how many cars they had in their lot, I was pleasantly surprised. Tualatin Caliber Collision coordinated my Enterprise rental car for the duration. The car rental was Enterprise Tualatin. The experience was smooth and easy from beginning to end. I was picked up at Caliber Collision by a gentleman named Nick in the car I would be renting. Enterprise even gave me the option of renting a car that wasn't quite ready just b/c I loved the color...lol. All employees were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. If someone is going to run into my car, Tualatin Caliber Collision took any stress right out of the equation. I highly recommend the closely coordinated team of Tualatin Caliber Collision and Enterprise Tualatin rentals. Thank you so much for turning a collision into an enjoyable experience.

I think it really depends on the car, I keep my car pretty clean and no octave these things, for a quick repair on a older car it would’ve fine

The repair looks good, tasty finishing that was sub par. Buffing compound all over, orange peal in the repaired quarter panel, and new scratches above repaired panel.

The rear quarter panel paint has orange peal on it and the finish doesn’t match. Also paid $800 to fix a scratch on the hood, I had a quote from another place to paint the whole hood for $600, you just buffed out the hood for $800+, and the there is buffing compound all over the hood? Lastly there are some surface scratches above the left rear quarter panel that was replaced that way there prior to repair. Probably scratched during repair.
