Overall the workmanship regarding the repairs appears to be great. There was a holdup due to part ordering - Alex was great in communicating with me during this time which made this experience less negative, as ultimately this was not caliber collision's fault. What really bothered me was that I was asked what type of gas the vehicle takes up on dropping it off for repair - at that time I had 106 miles left on the tank. When I picked it up last night, there were only 71 miles left in the tank, so the vehicle had been driven a substantial number of miles for whatever reason and the fuel was not replenished. Additionally, my driver presets in terms of driver assistance with the vehicle had been tampered with, which was annoying, but also not a huge deal. I'm just not sure why the vehicle was driven nearly 40 miles with no fuel replenishment, the repairs took 3 weeks so there was plenty of time to ensure that was taken care of - but it also makes me wonder why the vehicle was driven that much at all?

More than once, there were issues early on between Caliber and State Farm — and Caliber asked me to make calls and follow up, even though I don’t think that should have been my responsibility. The same thing happened between Caliber and the rental car company, where I was again asked to get involved. In my experience with other repair shops, the shop, insurance company, and rental car provider usually handle coordination directly, and it’s rare for the customer to have to step in.

I was completely satisfied with my repairs I& service. They keep me informed along the way. My car repairs look great. It doesn’t look like there was ever any damage. Alex & staff was very helpful along the whole process.
