I have had two vehicles in the last 3 years that have required body work from and accident. Neither were our fault just to be clear. The first was done at Tualatin Auto Body. The second at Caliber Collision. The condition of the vehicle from Tualatin was completely detailed inside and out. Looked amazing. The condition of the vehicle from Caliber Collision was in need of a wash, which I am not to do for a month. Not what I expected after the great job done by Tualatin Auto body.

I am not sure the work is complete. I am still seeing evidence of the collision. The lift gate does not look right. Does not look like it did before we were hit.

Services needed for my car was completed per my expectations. While Caliber collision was working in progress on my vehicle, timely messages were sent via text. My car was fixed in due time and they took care of the rental car and didn’t have to drop it off myself when I picked up my car. People who helped me explained about terms of the service very well. They are spontaneous, helpful and very friendly. I will definitely recommend Calibers collision to my family and friends. Thank you so much!
