The drop off and pick up was very easy. They did an amazing job on my car. I think they even washed it before giving it back to me. Hopefully there aren’t any more loose tire shred on the road that strike my car but if there is I wouldn’t think twice about where to take my car.

The part I took my car there for they did good with. It’s other things that make me raise my brow. They fixed my girl and headlight but when I got my car back the opposite headlight doesn’t work now and now I need new rear brakes. My brakes worked fine and wasn’t making a scraping sound until I got my car back. It’s only my back rear left brake. Not to mention that same tire was missing my rim emblem. I noticed it was missing after I returned home. I called and told them and when I got there the woman who helped me made it seemed like it must’ve been something I did. I noticed how my car was cleaner and how my rims had zero brake dust on them. But she made it seem like they didn’t do anything to my rims at all. I will never take my car to this location. The fact that I have more problems with my car after getting it back from them is enough for me to never go back.

My lug nut cover was missing from my left wheel and instead of being understanding and accommodating she was basically insinuating that it wasn’t them and had to be something I did.

On close inspection the driver side quarter panel, trim & hood weren't installed correctly, there are considerable gaps and misalignment.

Prompt. Courteous. Excellent with follow up and communication. I came in on crutches due to an ankle sprain. Branden immediately offered to take me home same day and bring the car back to the shop to work on promising a one day turnaround. I left there feeling confident about the offer. I did check another local shop and decided caliber was my best bet for all the above reasons. Upon delivery everything was smooth and the work completed earlier than expected. There is a small scratch on my driver side mirror. I don’t believe it was there before you, but I am curious if it was damaged during the repair for some reason it’s only fair that they mention it to me and repair it as well. It’s a minor but noticeable scratch.
