My Experience

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! Mike kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, and my car was actually finished ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, it was beautifully repaired and nicely detailed. The lady at the front desk was also very courteous, professional, and helpful. She took the time to explain the entire process and made everything easy to understand. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Yes the car was completely restored to like new. I was so ready to come in and have to point out something that didn’t work for me as it related to the repairs…there was absolutely no issue at all. The warranty on the work is promising to know that they stand behind what they finish. The surberb customer service from the moment you walk in the door, updates during the repair process to the final delivery..all a chef kiss. This wasn’t my first rodeo having to get my vehicle repaired but the best experience by far and the only place I will call first. But let’s just hope I don’t need you anything soon again. lol Thanks guys, great job!
