Front desk staff was a bit careless did not say to sit while waiting for the technical to return the vehicle and the technical was to busy taking care of her personally family issue over the phone.

My experience at Caliber Collision was a pleasant and very positive one from beginning to the end. I worked very closely with my Cassie Thacker, Service Advisor. She provided Premier Customer Service. She was very personable and answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was very pleasant. She was honest, trustworthy, dependable and had an outstanding attitude. I sincere appreciate the professionalism and was so excited that my car was completed in such a timely manner.
