Aisha was fantastic! She helped me understand the process, kept me updated on progress, and assisted me with a rental car. The receptionist (Brittany, I think) was also very helpful. The connection between AllState, Caliber, and Enterprise made everything smooth for me.

Service was amazing from start to finish. They completed the repairs way before I expected which was a nice change from other companies. The young lady that helped me through the process was professional and had an answer for every question I had. The Tucker location is lucky to have an employee represent your company in that manner. 10 out of 10 service top to bottom.
