The door repair and replacement of fender flares was excellent. I also appreciate the detailing of the vehicle. Unfortunately, a small dent on the A-pillar of my vehicle was not repaired. When I pointed it out to the associate she said, “I was unable to associate this damage with the damage on the door.” I was under the impression that the collision company would be told what to fix by my insurance agency, not take it upon themselves to determine what they should and shouldn’t fix. If there was communication between my insurance agent and the collision company you would know that there was zero damage on the truck before the accident. I am disappointed that my vehicle was held for over a week and returned to me still damaged. It’s infuriating that the collision center took it upon themselves to decide that damage on my vehicle was not associated with my accident. I am already dealing with a hit & run instance, and the collision center has not made this any easier by making executive UNINFORMED decisions about my incident. I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
