Ashley was so great. I adore her. She kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. Upon receiving my car back, the trunk was full of trash and tools. Ashley personally cleaned out my car and assured me should would find my driver’s side mat. Great customer service.

I did not have the opportunity for Caliber to repair my vehicle because the insurance company deemed it a total loss. However, the customer service was excellent! Jasmine at the front desk and Aisha (sp) who was assigned to handle my case were both polite, attentive, and extremely professional every time I called, and I called a lot!
