I did not have the opportunity for Caliber to repair my vehicle because the insurance company deemed it a total loss. However, the customer service was excellent! Jasmine at the front desk and Aisha (sp) who was assigned to handle my case were both polite, attentive, and extremely professional every time I called, and I called a lot!
