Communication concerning my vehicle was horrible. My vehicle came back worse than it was when I dropped it off. The lack of concern by the staff was very disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Caliber was really great to work with! They were super attentive and providing updates to me continuously. They went above and beyond and even delivered my finished car to me over an hour away! Couldn't have asked for better customer service

Paint wasn’t blended well for the bumper and fender. Bumper alignment was bad with the hood overlapping it.

It was very easy to drop my vehicle off. The staff was extremely helpful. An accident is a very frustrating incident. They definitely showed their concern and let me know that that they would take care of it. There was communication every step of the way, even making sure I was good with my rental.

Everyone I spoke to at Caliber Collision (Norcross) was honest. They sent me updates throughout the week. I appreciate the communication. This is my THIRD time using Caliber Collision. Every location exceeds my expectations with customer service. I am truly happy that my insurance companies throughout the years were always networked with caliber. I built my trust with you guys since the first service. Thank you for having a trustworthy team. Norcross location specifically since this is my second time having service.
