Shelly went over and above and helped me over the phone when I had an insurance question and didn't know how to phrase it. She was SO sweet when I walked in and met her - you can tell she loves her job and she takes care of her people and everyone that walks through the door. She is amazing and I loved how comfortable she made me feel!

Amazing work from this team! I was in a tricky situation and needed to coordinate this repair from another state. They were so helpful and prompt. They even cleaned the car after. They did such a good job, I didn’t even recognize the car 😃. Shellee was so nice and always kept me in the loop. Thanks y'all!

The team at Georgia Luxury Automotive was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and took the time to show me exactly what would be repaired. They even had a rental car company pick me up and take me to my rental, so I never had to worry about how I was going to get around. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been cleaned and detailed and looked absolutely perfect! I was even able to leave the rental car there for the rental company to come pick up, which made the entire process so easy and convenient. The staff was some of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with. At no point did I feel like I was just another customer or that helping me was a task. They genuinely cared about making the entire experience as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Georgia Luxury Automotive to anyone needing body repairs. They are an awesome company to work with, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful service I received! ❤️
