They were great from start to finish! I honestly think Classic Collision is one of the best places to take your vehicle. When I dropped my car off, there was a mix-up with my Enterprise rental location, and I was getting ready to call an Uber. However, one of the gentlemen there told me, “No, let me take care of that for you.” Before I knew it, he had everything straightened out, my Enterprise rental was rerouted, and they came to pick me up! When it was time to pick up my vehicle, the process was just as easy. All I had to do was switch from my rental back to my car, and Enterprise and Classic Collision handled everything else. The customer service was excellent, the entire process was smooth, and they did a great job repairing my vehicle. It was such a relief not having to worry about all the little details. I truly appreciate how well they took care of everything. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision!

They updated via text. They were polite when I called for assistance. There wasn’t much of a wait time when picking up my vehicle. They were helpful and insightful when I asked additional questions. I would recommend them to future clients and friends. I will ask them for future services as well.

The fact that they honored their warranty for a previous repair & the cost estimate for the additional repairs was very gratifying.
