State Farm provided me with a list of repair shops, and after reading the reviews, I chose GLA because of its excellent ratings—and now I completely understand why it is so highly recommended. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim and repair process, they took the time to guide me through everything. They explained what the insurance company would cover, showed me the areas of damage, and gave me a clear estimate of the repair timeline. Their timeline was extremely accurate. In fact, they completed the repairs one day earlier than expected. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about the progress of the work, which made everything much easier and less stressful. There were no hidden costs, unexpected charges, or unpleasant surprises. Everything was transparent and straightforward from beginning to end. They simply focused on what they do best: taking excellent care of your vehicle. They also work conveniently with the Enterprise location down the street, so Enterprise was able to pick me up without any difficulty while my vehicle was being repaired. I highly recommend GLA. When choosing an automotive repair shop through your insurance company, take the time to research the options and read the reviews. At GLA, you will find friendly, honest, and professional people who communicate clearly and provide realistic timelines, making it much easier to plan for a rental car or the time you will be without your vehicle.
