Driver side front bumper isn’t secured or connected properly. Scratches on driver back door.

I was overcharged for my deductible. Then I was asked to pay my deductible upon pick up after it was already paid. One of the females examined my car, recognized the scratches and confirmed the scratches weren’t there when I dropped my car off. I was told I would be called on Monday about it and no one did so I had to call. Then another lady there told me the scratches were already on my car without physically examining my car or consulting with the other lady.

My car was repaired at the Smyrna location. When an extension (3 days)was needed, the receptionist ( I think her name was Amanda) called and informed me as to why. Kevon the technician working on my car was very thorough with me as to what repairs were done to my car. Also they had the car detailed before I picked it up. Looked like it came off the showroom floor. Thanks for making a horrible experience end on a good note.

The entire GLA team that I interacted with was extremely friendly and they kept me informed. My car was repaired within the timeline quoted. The icing on the cake was they detailed my car before returning it to me( it look showroom ready).
